"Celebrating Gilda" is a variety show highlighting the talents of the nation's top performers from film, TV and the stage to celebrate the career and influence of legendary comic actress Gilda Radner. Acts will include stand-up comedy, improv, music and scenes from the play "Bunny Bunny". Coupled with a silent auction featuring donated items from the best in local entertainment, dining and retail, all proceeds from the night go directly to Gilda's Club Western New York, a cancer support community just opening its doors in Buffalo, NY.

"In September, my mother was diagnosed with Pancreatic Cancer, that has a 99% mortality rate, the highest of any cancer. She lives in Buffalo, NY and Gilda's Club Western New York is there for people like my mom. My father in-law, was also diagnosed with prostate cancer. I had to do something. So, my husband, Paul Preston and I rolled up our sleeves and decided to put on this event."
-- Karen Volpe Preston, producer
